By using alorsondansememe.top ("Alors Meme AI", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Alors Meme AI provides AI-powered image-to-video generation themed around a viral dance-meme trend. You upload a photo and a prompt; a third-party AI model renders a short video clip. Clips are stored for a limited period and must be downloaded by you. The Service is an independent tool — not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any artist, label or franchise — and it does not include copyrighted music; you are responsible for any music you add to videos and for your right to use it.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. One starter credit allocation per person; creating multiple accounts to farm free credits is prohibited and may lead to suspension.
3. Credits & payments
Videos consume credits based on model, duration, resolution and audio; the exact amount is shown before each generation and charged at generation time. One-time credit packs never expire. Failed generations are refunded automatically and in full. Payments are processed by our payment provider as merchant of record; billing disputes are handled under their policies.
4. Acceptable use
You may only upload images you have the right to use. Our content standards — prohibiting sexual content, graphic violence, hate speech, child-unsafe content, non-consensual deepfakes and impersonation, and intellectual-property infringement — together with moderation, reporting and enforcement, are set out in the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach it.
5. Intellectual property
You keep the rights to the photos you upload and may use the generated videos for your purposes, provided that use complies with these Terms, our policies and applicable law (including any music you add separately).
6. Availability & changes
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Model availability and pricing may change as providers update their platforms; material pricing changes apply to future generations only.
7. Disclaimer & liability
AI output can be imperfect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.
