Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data we collect when you use Alors Meme AI, what we do with it, and the choices you have. Sign-in uses Google OAuth with the openid, email and profile scopes only.

1. Data we collect

• Account data (via Google Sign-In): your Google account email, display name and Google user ID, received only when you choose to sign in. We never see your Google password and cannot read your email, files or other Google account data.
• Content you submit: the photo you upload and the prompt you type, used solely to generate your video.
• Usage and billing data: credit balance, purchase records and generation logs (timestamp, model, outcome).
• Technical data: IP address and request metadata, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

2. How we use data

• Operate your account and keep it secure.
• Run your image-to-video generation requests.
• Maintain credit balances and process payments.
• Prevent abuse (rate limits, fraud and policy enforcement).

We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

3. Google API Services disclosure

Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Service providers

• Cloudflare — hosting, storage of uploads and results, database.
• Google — OAuth sign-in only.
• AI model providers via fal.ai — receive the photo and prompt you submit, solely to render your video.
• Our payment provider (Waffo) — checkout and billing; they receive your email and payment details for the transaction.

5. Retention & deletion

Uploaded photos and generated videos are stored privately and automatically deleted after 7 days — download anything you want to keep. Account records are retained while your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email [email protected]; deletion completes within 30 days.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact us to exercise them; we respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies & local storage

We store one essential session token in your browser to keep you signed in. We set no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

8. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Prohibited uses

The service must not be used to create non-consensual imagery of real people, deceptive deepfakes or any unlawful content. Violations lead to account termination. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
